Pink Cactus X Mansueta's Three-Course Dinner

We wanted to share a collaborative event taking place on Jan. 31 at 6 p.m. between two of Charleston's Oaxacan restaurant Pink Cactus and Mansueta's Filipino Food. Owner/Chef Brooke Warden will be joining Owner/Chef Nikko Cagalanan for a three-course tasting to take place at Pink Cactus including drink pairings for just $45/person.

Courses are as follows:

First Course: Pink Cactus's Chile Rilleno featuring local chorizo from Holy City Hogs paired with Pink Cactus's Copo de Nieve (a tequila-based drink with Coconut, Lime, and Black Salt).

Second Course: Lumpia prepared by Chef Nikko paired with Mansueta's Halo Halo Piña Colada. 

Third Course: A collaborative dish between the two restaurants- Shrimp featuring shrimp from Miss Paula's Shrimp paired with Pink Cactus's Mango Margarita. 

Guests may purchase tickets ahead of time and walk-ins are also welcome.
